Ray of Hope

 My evenings photography plans had been thwarted by the sun hiding behind a persistent cloud bank. Frustrated, I started walking back to the car, thinking of food and sleep. Inevitably, the sun then dipped below the clouds when I was out of position. Hurriedly, I set up my camera to capture the last rays of the sunset over the beach at low tide, before the sun dipped below the horizon.
