At grahamchalmers.com our ongoing commitment to you goes beyond merely providing the artwork for your walls. We are so confident that you will be thrilled with your investment, that we offer our Total Satisfaction Guarantee on all our artworks.

This warranty package is in addition to your statutory rights and provides you with complete piece of mind as follows: -

1) If the piece has been damaged in transit (very rare), then it will be immediately replaced free of charge. (See Returns below)

2) If you are unhappy with the image in anyway, be it for size, quality or type of finish, simply return the artwork to receive a complete refund of the purchase price. No ifs, no buts, no worries, no hard feelings.

3) If you wish to exchange the product for aesthetic reasons, be it a different size or finish, all you have to do is return the original and pay any difference in purchase cost, plus shipping costs of the replacement piece.

4) Our Lifetime Fade Resistant Guarantee will protect your investment for as long as you own it. All our images are created with the utmost care using fine art archival products and processes. They will last a lifetime, with some simple aftercare. If despite these precautions the artwork did fade, then it will be replaced, free of charge.

5) Finding “the right home” for your artwork is not always easy, and we encourage you to try different locations allowing time for it to settle in. Therefore, our no quibble return guarantee is valid for three months from the date of delivery.

Please note that the Total Satisfaction Guarantee will only apply to the original purchased artwork, unless the replacement is faulty. This is to protect ourselves from our goodwill from being abused.

Making a purchase could not be easier, simply find the image you desire and select the Fine Art Prints available option. Then choose the format, size and any relevant options for the print from the drop down menus, to add it to the cart. When you are ready to buy, just click on the shopping cart option at the top of the screen to proceed with your purchase. If you have a Discount Code, enter it  and make sure to update the shopping cart. The discounted price will then be shown.


All prices on the website are quoted in £ Sterling (GBP). Postage and packing will be shown on the shopping cart, before finalising purchase, when you select your worldwide region from the drop down menu. Payment is made through PayPal which offers a quick, secure and convenient process. If you don't have a PayPal account, major credit cards can still be processed through the PayPal system. Using the PayPal system provides the highest level of security. We never have access to your credit card details.

All orders are charged at the time of order placement. If the order cannot be fullfilled for any reason, a full refund will be given on your PayPal Account / credit card.

Receipt of your order does not constitute a contract at this stage. When your order is received a confirmation email will be sent to you. Only at this point, will a contract exist between us. This covers the eventaulity of an Edition selling out, product lines changing, or price increases. If any of these situations arise we will always contact you immediately with information and help before processing your order.

All orders will be insured when shipping and will require a signature when delivered. If goods are not signed for, then we will be under no obligation to provide a refund.


All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. All prints are produced to order and normal delivery should take between 2-4 weeks. If any delay outwith this time is anticipated, then we will contact you by email. If a considerable delay is expected, then you will have the offer of a refund.

We will email you when your order is ready for despatch. UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Europe working 5-7 days. Worldwide orders may take longer.

** Postal charges for international orders can get ridiculously high for large mounted products. As there can be a huge variation in cost depending on your location, please drop me an email stating your location and what products you require before ordering. I will then find the best carriage option, providing the lowest possible cost for yourself. For strecthed canvas products, it may be possible to detach the canvas print from the stretcher bars and send the canvas rolled in a tube to significantly reduce costs.

International delivery outside the EU, all parcels will require a Custom's Declaration form to be filled in by us and the full value of the product will be recorded on each parcel. Depending your specific countrys legislation, Customs may charge an additional fee which will be bourne by you. Please be aware that customs officials may open packages to verify their contents.

If your artwork has not been received in the expected timeframe, then please advise me and I will investigate.

In order to provide the best protection for you and ourselves, we have a few conditions for returns.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the products within working 7 days of receipt. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full (including delivery costs) within 30 days of cancellation.

When returning a product for any reason, first email or write to us stating which pieces are being returned and the reason for the return. We will then authorise the return. Any products returned to us, but not authorised, will be returned to sender.

If an item has been damaged in transit from us to you, notification must be sent to us by email within 7 days of receipt, otherwise the Total Satisfaction Guarantee will not apply. 

When returning an artwork for refund or exchange due to aesthetic reasons, shipping costs from your location to ours are your responsibility and will not be refunded. The value of the artwork at the time of purchase will be applied to any refund or exchange. Any increase in value over the intervening time period will not be taken into account. Exchanges will be carried out using the original artwork cost and the current pricelist for the replacement piece. Any difference in price will be payable by the customer.

If returning items, they must be insured for the full value and a postal tracking service must be used. Any artwork returned by you to us for aesthetic reasons, must reach us in mint condition. If it is damaged in transit while being returned, it will not be accepted for a refund, which is why we recommend you purchase full postal insurance and tracking. In this case it will be your responsiblility to recover costs from your courier service provider.

The warranty does not apply to any artworks that have been altered, modified, reframed or re-matted by a third party.
