I was attracted by the boundary and contrasts between the two types of forests in this image. There is a visual contrast on a number of layers, whether it be colourful / monochromatic, randomness of shape / regular or man made / natural. I liked the fact that there was some blurring of the borders in that the deciduous area had some conifer trees and the green coniferous area had some areas of colour. It was as if both sides were merging as they seek a point of balance or harmony.
